Returns Policy

If you receive your item damaged, faulty or not as you expected, then please return it to us in the original packaging and we will process a refund, for the value of the item, by return, providing we receive them back within 14 days of purchase.  Please inform us by email on sales@kyddandkydd.co.uk.  Post to North Stable, Home Farm, Barrow Court Lane, Barrow Gurney, North Somerset, BS48 3RW.

• All items must be returned, unworn and in the original packaging.
• All items must be returned via Royal Mail Signed For Service 
• All items must be returned within the 14 day period
